I have been regularly working in Agile environments since 2008. In recent years I also find myself frequently evangelizing Agile as a change agent and coach, often as a corollary of my software leadership roles. I am always enthusiastic about developing more Agile knowledge.
Having experienced Agile in a variety of corporate environments and industries, I have seen the spectrum of its flavors, effectiveness, and results. It's no coincidence that the best companies and projects of my career were environments where Agile was an integral part of both company and team culture, with top-down support from the executive level.
I am a strong believer in Agile. It offers the constant opportunity for improvement for any team or company, whether its squeezing out new gains in an already advanced practice, or making huge initial strides by starting to employ the most basic tenets of Agile's core philosophy of truth and transparency.
