In this portfolio, I have tried to distinguish between product and UX design. Additionally, the term "UX design" is used as a catch-all proxy for any and all discipline-specific work: usability, interaction design, UI writing, etc.

gov-tech mobile app

These screenshots show SMARTGOV Mobile for iOS and Android. The development of this MVP product was the first initiative in a much bigger vision for the release of a significantly upgraded product release. Other facets of this new product vision included a well documented open API, an Angular front-end architecture, and a hybrid development strategy allowing development in one codebase but deployment to multiple devices: desktop browsers, iOS, and Android.

The following screenshots show the Tuition Subsidy v1.0 MVP software product. The screenshots offer an abbreviated sequence the complete lifecycle and flows in the Agency contract section of the product. The application used Angular and Material Design, which required significant modifications to the company's existing technology stack. Massive database migrations were also a part of the problem. What is the design focus though.

These screenshots show my work from TeleCentrik, a telcom start-up in Latin American offering wholesale and retail products with a target market of expatriate communities, in particular Dominicans and Hatians living in the diaspora. Note that the screenshots are not duplicated, but show the localization of the website in English, Spanish, and French. The core of the product was an ecommerce website.

NorthStar was a project to replace Symantec's previous UX guidelines, Highlander, which had been used for at least 7 years. There was a core team attached to this project, but participation extended to individuals throughout the enterprise. I wrote parts of the content specification for the guidelines.
